  I called Rooter Man because they offered a $49 sewer drain cleaning- which is what I have been needing!  I was a little skeptical at first because the price is so good, especially considering they claimed to actually use a main line cable with blades.  I sent two other companies away when they showed up at my door proposing to use a 3/8" cable (with no blades!) on my main line! Boris showed up on time and was very polite and informative.  Indeed, he used a main line cable with blades, accessed the main line under my house through the clean out, and pulled out some roots which I had seen several weeks earlier through a camera inspection. He then recommended a $500 hydro jet (including camera inspection) to fully resolve the issue.  No pressure or hard sell though, just his recommendation.  And I get it: the $49 initial drain cleaning is more about starting the relationship which will, hopefully, lead to more work.  Totally get it.  The manner in which Boris made the suggestion was very matter-of-fact and I didn't feel like he was trying to up sell me. Should I decide hydro jetting is my next step, I will definitely consider Rooter Man again. Thanks Boris!

  Ok, we all know how it is when an emergency happens. Also, Sod's/Murphy's laws dictate that it will happen when you can't afford it. So the exterior plumbing bursts and a frantic call from my wife leads to the plumber dropping everything to come make sure that we are ok. We were ok and the frozen main got turned off. The next day, Sam K. (our regular guy at Rooter Man) comes out, assesses the damage, and provides different options to fix it based on what we could afford. I'm telling you, having someone in your corner when you're feeling helpless is really comforting. Everything is now fixed and we're really happy that it was done right and within our budget. Thank you Sam! Ha see you on the next project :D.

  I called Rooter Man to help with our backed-up kitchen sink that was leaking. It was my first time using this company. I have a simple background in plumbing and did all that I could personally do to fix it, but was not able to correct the problem because I just did not have the equipment or expertise. The customer service was terrific from the original phone call to the arrival of the technician Sam K. I placed my call at 10:15 AM and was told that Sam K. would arrive between 11 and 12. Sam K. arrived right at 11. He was courteous, professional, took time to personally care about the issue and worked hard and fast to solve the issue. He inspected the line and tried the simple and least expensive route first, but that did not work. We both felt that it probably would not, but he did want to try as this would be the most affordable option for me. After it did not work and we identified the actual problem, he gave multiple options for solutions. Sam K. explained things every step of the way and was always straight forward, which I greatly appreciated. Doing a potentially messy job is not fun for anyone to have to do, but once we decided how best to proceed, Sam K. worked fast and was 100% considerate of customer service. That was definitely a main priority for him. In the end, the problem appears to be fixed. It is under warranty if there are any future problems. Afterwards, Sam K. made sure everything was clean and back to normal. 5 stars for Sam K.

  Needed a reliable plumbing company called Rooter Man Man. I found them on yelp I made sure to read through the reviews the reviews were good. So I called the company the girl who answered the phone was very professional and polite she sent out the rotor company The same night. I have not had excellent service like that from a plumber in years all the guys were kind and nice and explained everything which makes you feel comfortable.  There are additional pluming issues that they found and explained everything to me. They are costly but necessary me that are costly necessary. I was so comfortable with this company.  Had the primary issue taken care of that night. The next day a additional issue came up with the bathroom sink called and spoke to the same girl she sent Chris out within 3 hours, and again she was very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber they are efficient , reliable with no pressure ... The work that needed to be done was done there are other issues when we have the funds will definitely be  calling  them back to finishing up that additional Plumbing. it's nice when you find people who are happy to be called on.   We've been having back-up problems with our shower and toilet in our master bathroom. Mike Diaz from Rooter Man came out today to fix our problems. He came out early in the day but we had construction workers in our backyard at the time so he told us he could come back later in the day when they were done for the day so he wouldn't be in their way. He came back as promised when he said he would and completely cleared our blockage with the hydro jet. He is so friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything so clearly.
