Ok, we all know how it is when an emergency happens. Also, Sod's/Murphy's laws dictate that it will happen when you can't afford it. So the exterior plumbing bursts and a frantic call from my wife leads to the plumber dropping everything to come make sure that we are ok. We were ok and the frozen main got turned off. The next day, Sam K. (our regular guy at Rooter Man) comes out, assesses the damage, and provides different options to fix it based on what we could afford. I'm telling you, having someone in your corner when you're feeling helpless is really comforting. Everything is now fixed and we're really happy that it was done right and within our budget. Thank you Sam! Ha see you on the next project :D.

Rooter man was prompt, professional, and patient. I easily made a appointment on a Sunday for Tuesday for what I thought was a clogged sink but it turned out our old tree roots went into the old pipes. They sent a text with a name Mike, time, date and a text to let me know they were on their way. My mother lives in an old Victorian home and apparently the roots went into the pipe. They took pictures and presented it to us with a cost. Even gave us a discount. It was a big project. They came back the next day after our agreement. There was no wait time. They worked 7 days straight through a weekend because they had to change out the entire bottom pipe to the city. They even had a underwater water camera into the sewer line and showed me exactly where the damage was. I would absolutely recommend them again.

Rooter Man Plumbing came to my rescue. I had clogged drains and sewage backing up in my bathrooms. First I called a plumbing company that I'd used in the past, but they couldn't fix it and left me with the same problem I started with, except now it was Friday night on a holiday weekend. Enter Rooter Man. Yelp reviews were great so I called them. Johnny came out the next day, Saturday. Did a sewer camera inspection. The old pipes in my nearly 100 year old home were completely blocked and starting to fall apart. I ended up having the main line replaced. It was a big job. But Johnny, Victor, Jose and Hugo got me through it. Johnny's knowledge and demeanor gave me confidence that Rooter Man was legit and they knew what they were doing. Then, with Victor supervising the daily activities, communication was clear, constant and polite from start to finish. Great customer service! They leave the area clean each day. And the end result was impressive. I'm very pleased with the job done. I would definitely hire Rooter Man Plumbing again and would recommend them to others without hesitation. In fact, I already have!

There is such a wide variety of plumbing and rooter companies in the greater Los Angeles area, and this made it so much harder to make a clear decision about which one we wanted to hire. After getting some information about how these guys do business we felt comfortable enough to settle on an agreement with them. They scheduled an appointment for us the following day which we met Sam and Steven, they showed up fifteen minutes earlier than scheduled just for courtesy and we really appreciated this. They figured out the problem why our kitchen sink was leaking and it was due to a burst pipe that was connected throughout the house. After running some analytics they fixed the issue and everything has been working just fine since.

Our toilet has been clogged for the past 48 hours and we were literally going insane trying to find a way to fix it. Everywhere we were calling was booked and did not have any open appointments they were able to give us. After doing some research making a lot of phone calls we got into contact with the guys over at Rooter Man plumbing. They were literally so helpful over the phone that they gave us a breakdown of the pricing as well as the different services that they provide, the guy came over to our house and spent about five hours there fixing everything. We will definitely recommend these guys to all of our friends and our family who need plumbing services.

Needed a reliable plumbing company called Rooter Man Man. I found them on yelp I made sure to read through the reviews the reviews were good. So I called the company the girl who answered the phone was very professional and polite she sent out the rotor company The same night. I have not had excellent service like that from a plumber in years all the guys were kind and nice and explained everything which makes you feel comfortable. There are additional pluming issues that they found and explained everything to me. They are costly but necessary me that are costly necessary. I was so comfortable with this company. Had the primary issue taken care of that night. The next day a additional issue came up with the bathroom sink called and spoke to the same girl she sent Chris out within 3 hours, and again she was very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber they are efficient , reliable with no pressure ... The work that needed to be done was done there are other issues when we have the funds will definitely be calling them back to finishing up that additional Plumbing. it's nice when you find people who are happy to be called on.
