  I called Rooter Man because they offered a $49 sewer drain cleaning- which is what I have been needing!  I was a little skeptical at first because the price is so good, especially considering they claimed to actually use a main line cable with blades.  I sent two other companies away when they showed up at my door proposing to use a 3/8" cable (with no blades!) on my main line! Boris showed up on time and was very polite and informative.  Indeed, he used a main line cable with blades, accessed the main line under my house through the clean out, and pulled out some roots which I had seen several weeks earlier through a camera inspection. He then recommended a $500 hydro jet (including camera inspection) to fully resolve the issue.  No pressure or hard sell though, just his recommendation.  And I get it: the $49 initial drain cleaning is more about starting the relationship which will, hopefully, lead to more work.  Totally get it.  The manner in which Boris made the suggestion was very matter-of-fact and I didn't feel like he was trying to up sell me. Should I decide hydro jetting is my next step, I will definitely consider Rooter Man again. Thanks Boris!

  Rooter Man Plumbing came to my rescue.  I had clogged drains and sewage backing up in my bathrooms. First I called a plumbing company that I'd used in the past, but they couldn't fix it and left me with the same problem I started with, except now it was Friday night on a holiday weekend. Enter Rooter Man.  Yelp reviews were great so I called them.  Johnny came out the next day, Saturday.  Did a sewer camera inspection. The old pipes in my nearly 100 year old home were completely blocked and starting to fall apart. I ended up having the main line replaced.  It was a big job.  But Johnny, Victor, Jose and Hugo got me through it. Johnny's knowledge and demeanor gave me confidence that Rooter Man was legit and they knew what they were doing. Then, with Victor supervising the daily activities, communication was clear, constant and polite from start to finish.  Great customer service! They leave the area clean each day.  And the end result was impressive.   I'm very pleased with the job done.  I would definitely hire Rooter Man Plumbing again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.  In fact, I already have!

  Our toilet has been clogged for the past 48 hours and we were literally going insane trying to find a way to fix it. Everywhere we were calling was booked and did not have any open appointments they were able to give us. After doing some research making a lot of phone calls we got into contact with the guys over at Rooter Man plumbing. They were literally so helpful over the phone that they gave us a breakdown of the pricing as well as the different services that they provide, the guy came over to our house and spent about five hours there fixing everything.   We had been dealing with a clogged toilet for the past couple of days and it was honestly a living nightmare. Imagine only one of the other bathrooms having a functioning toilet with three people trying to use it each time. We decided to do some research online to find a good plumbing company that would be able to come and take care of the problem.
