Rooter-Man will not grant access to its servers or code base to any third party vendors and Rooter-Man is not responsible for any actions made by third party vendors whom a franchisee allows to access the Rooter-Man website using their credentials. Furthermore, Rooter-Man will not directly provide any franchisee website credentials to a third party vendor, and Rooter-Man is not required to provide direct support to any third party vendor.
